fbage Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the organisation that operates the fbage platform and all its services ("fbage", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing the fbage website or mobile platform, or by registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services. fbage reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be regarded as acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on fbage and participate in any game or betting service, you must be at least 21 years old. We may request a copy of your identity card, national ID, or passport for age verification. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. This service is for those aged 21 and above only.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual may operate only one account on the fbage platform. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited. If multiple individuals in the same household use the same device or IP address, please notify our support team.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and suspension of any pending payouts. You are required to notify our support team immediately of any changes to your information.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If someone accesses your account without your permission, notify us immediately. fbage will not be held responsible for unauthorised third-party use of your account if it is found that you shared your account details yourself or were negligent in securing them.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• fbage may temporarily lock an account if suspicious transactions are detected.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) provides an additional layer of security.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on fbage is ৳300. This limit applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such deposit will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. fbage may delay or suspend the withdrawal process if identity verification has not been completed.

• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.
• The deposit and withdrawal channel must remain the same.
• Additional verification may be requested for unusual withdrawals.
• Funds may be temporarily held if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency and Tax

fbage processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any taxes or duties applicable to winnings are entirely the member's responsibility. fbage does not provide tax advice on this matter.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus requires 10x wagering before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳2,500 × 10 = ৳25,000 before withdrawing the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be activated during the applicable promotional period only.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per household or IP address.
• Specific game restrictions may apply to bets placed with bonus balance.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.
• Any unfulfilled bonus will be automatically cancelled once the wagering period expires.
• fbage reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The fbage VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Through regular gaming activity, members can progress to higher tiers step by step and enjoy weekly cashback benefits — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

fbage is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. All games operated on the platform are developed by certified software providers such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming. The outcomes of these games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited.
• Playing using bots or automated software is prohibited.
• Any winnings incorrectly received due to a technical error will be considered void.
• fbage reserves the right to investigate any suspicious gaming patterns.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through opposing bets on the same event (bonus abuse) is prohibited.

Any of the following activities constitute a clear violation of fbage's Terms and will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account:

• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or breaching the platform's security systems.
• Misuse of the bonus system or systematic bonus hunting.
• Misconduct or making threats towards fbage staff.
• Collecting or disclosing information with the intent to harm other members.

• Your data is not sold to third parties.

11.1 Closure at the Member's Request

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is important that all pending withdrawals are completed before the account is closed.

11.2 Closure at fbage's Initiative

fbage may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of the Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. Funds may be forfeited if there is evidence of a Terms violation. In the case of closure for fair reasons, any valid balance will be returned.

12.1 Right to Amend

fbage reserves the right to amend these Terms in part or in full at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be regarded as acceptance of the amended Terms.
